Wow! What a professional start up kit! You have done a wonderful job of creating a "business in a box", which is especially helpful, I am sure, for folks who have never owned a business before. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and it was easy to see that great thought and care had gone into the creation of this entrepreneurial walk through. Of course, we have not had enough time to carefully evaluate every item in the box, or to read all the manuals, but a quick skim through the Master Program Resource Book was enough to see how well laid out your program is.
